Yearly plan charge — the Yearly plan charges ₹1,218 once, upfront, covering 12 months of Nexor Premium (equivalent to ₹49/month for the first 3 months plus ₹119/month for the remaining 9). This is a one-time charge and is non-refundable once the payment is successfully processed, except where required by law.

Monthly plan charges — the Monthly plan charges ₹119.00 every month with no intro discount. If you're charged after you already cancelled, or charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll investigate and refund if the charge was incorrect.

Cancelling stops future charges only — cancelling your subscription stops it from renewing again; it does not refund the period you've already paid for. You keep Premium features until the end of the period you already paid for.

Accidental or duplicate payments — if Cashfree shows you were charged twice for the same period, or a payment failed but money was still deducted by your bank, reach out to Priority Support with your payment ID and we'll refund the duplicate/failed charge.

How refunds are paid — approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Cashfree, and typically take 5–7 business days to reflect depending on your bank.

How to request one — open Priority Support (Settings → Priority Support) or contact our Help Center with your payment ID and the reason for your request.

What you're buying — Nexor Premium is a subscription: verified badge, priority support, content boost, a 4-day platform-wide promotion at signup, story rewatch insights, and a custom accent color. You can choose between two plans.

Yearly plan — ₹1,218 charged once upfront, covering 12 months (equivalent to ₹49/month for the first 3 months plus ₹119/month for the remaining 9). Renews yearly at ₹1,218 unless cancelled.

Monthly plan — ₹119.00 charged every month with no intro discount. Renews monthly unless cancelled.

Auto-renewal — your card/UPI is not charged again automatically by us mid-cycle beyond what Cashfree processes for each billing date; you'll keep access as long as payments succeed.

Cancelling anytime — you can cancel from Settings → Nexor Premium at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end your current paid period early.

Price changes — if we ever change either plan's price, we'll notify active subscribers in-app before it takes effect on their next billing date.

Pricing currency — all charges are processed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices shown in any other currency in the app are a live estimate only, calculated from a real daily exchange rate for your reference — the actual charge and any currency conversion is handled by your bank/card network, which may apply its own fee or rate.

Failed payments — if a renewal payment fails, Premium features (including the verified badge granted through this subscription) may be paused until payment succeeds.

This Licenses page explains who owns Nexor Sparks, what rights you are granted as a user, what you may and may not do with the software, and how third-party and user-submitted material is treated. It applies to the Nexor Sparks web application, its Android and future mobile clients, and any associated services made available by Nexor Technologies (collectively, the "Service").

"Nexor Technologies", "we," "us" — the owner and operator of Nexor Sparks.

"Software" — the Nexor Sparks application, its source code, interface, and underlying systems.

"You," "User" — any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.

"Content" — pulses, articles, comments, media, and any other material submitted through the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Nexor Technologies grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use Nexor Sparks on your own devices, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the Software.

Nexor Sparks is proprietary software developed and owned by Nexor Technologies. All rights not expressly granted to you under this license are reserved by Nexor Technologies. The Software, its source code, user interface, system architecture, branding, logos, and original graphics remain the exclusive property of Nexor Technologies at all times, whether or not registered.

Copyright law protects the Software, its visual design, source code, branding, and original content against unauthorized copying, adaptation, or distribution. This copyright exists automatically and independently of any notice, and applies worldwide to the extent permitted by local law.

Except where expressly permitted by law or by written agreement with Nexor Technologies, you agree that you will not:

1. Copy, mirror, or archive the Software beyond what is required for normal use;
2. Redistribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or lend the Software to any third party;
3. Sell or commercially exploit the Software or access to it;
4. Decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the Software, except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
5. Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice;
6. Rebrand, white-label, or represent Nexor Sparks as your own product or service;
7. Use automated means (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to extract data from the Service beyond what public interfaces allow;
8. Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms, our Terms of Use, or our Community Guidelines.

Nexor Sparks incorporates a number of third-party open-source libraries, each governed by its own license. Nothing in this page limits the rights granted to you under those individual open-source licenses. Full attribution notices, versions, and license texts for every third-party component are maintained separately and kept up to date.

"Nexor Sparks," "Nexor," the Nexor Sparks logo, and "Nexor Technologies" are trademarks or brand assets of Nexor Technologies. No license is granted to use these marks, and they may not be used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission — including in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced within the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

You retain full ownership of the Content you create and post to Nexor Sparks. Nothing in this page or in the act of uploading Content transfers copyright ownership to Nexor Technologies. By posting Content, you grant Nexor Technologies only the limited license described in our Terms of Use — namely, the right to host, display, and distribute your Content within the Service so that it can be delivered to other users as intended. You may remove your Content at any time, subject to copies that may persist briefly in backups or with other users who have already interacted with it.

The following elements of Nexor Sparks are protected intellectual property of Nexor Technologies and may not be reproduced without permission:

• Source code and underlying architecture
• User interface and interaction design
• Logos, icons, and app iconography
• Brand identity, naming, and visual system
• Original graphics and illustrations
• Original documentation and help content
• Product features and workflows unique to the Service

If you choose to send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Nexor Sparks, you agree that we may use them to improve the Service without any obligation to compensate you or attribute the suggestion to you.

If you believe that content on Nexor Sparks infringes your copyright or trademark rights, please submit a report through our Copyright Policy or Help Center. Include a description of the work you believe was infringed, the location of the material on the Service, and your contact details, so our team can review the matter.

The license granted under this page is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Nexor Technologies may also suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these terms, our Terms of Use, or our Community Guidelines. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Software.

We may update this Licenses page from time to time to reflect changes in our software, licensing arrangements, or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
